Boulevard Place Pantry Lenten Project
This past year, the Boulevard Place Pantry distributed 296,000 pounds of food and personal items, with 63% being donated. However, we often do not have all of the personal hygiene items needed.
Among the items the families often are missing are normal hygiene items. To help supplement the purchased and donated items at the Boulevard Place Pantry, we thought a good Lenten project would be to have a toiletry drive. As you are able, if each family would purchase one of each of the items listed below and bring them to church in a tote bag, we will pass them out to the Boulevard Place Families and the Home Visit Families for many months. Please remember a lot of the families who visit Boulevard Place are walking so please follow the size request below:
1 box Kleenex 2-4 Toothbrushes
2 Bars of Soap 1 12-oz Shampoo
1 Hand/Body Lotion 1 Deodorant
1 Tooth Paste 1 28-oz Dish Soap
North Deanery Easter Basket Project
The Lenten Easter Basket Project, providing Easter meals to families in need; is underway among our North Deanery Parishes. The goal is to provide meals to 1,250 families in need. Our parish challenge is to collect 2,500 Cans of Green Beans for the Easter Baskets. We need the entire parish to help make this happen!
Please drop off can donations in the vestibule of CTK church by Sunday, March 29th.
We also are in need of financial assistance to purchase the perishable items. You can sponsor to "Buy A Bag" for $20.00 - which covers the entire contents of the Easter Basket Meal. Any donations are greatly appreciated. Let the collecting begin! Please contact Ann Collins at CTK with questions.
For more information please contact Phyllis McNamara at (317) 253-5944 or email at email@example.com
Tuesdays with Father

Women's Lenten Book Study
Join us for Undone by Carrie Schuchts Daunt.
This book is divided into four parts based on the four feminine identities outlined in Pope John Paul II’s 1995 Letter to Women. Each section begins with a brief overview of the specific feminine identity and an excerpt from Letter to Women. After, you will find several stories highlighting the season of life where this primary identity was tangled and how it was eventually untied.
The study will meet four times during Lent at 7pm in the St. Joseph Room
Thursday, March 5th - Part 1 Daughter
Wednesday, March 11 - Part II Sister
Thursday, March 19 - Part III Bride
Wednesday, March 25 - Part IV Mother
Each participant is responsible for purchasing her own book. Undone is available for purchase on John Paul II Center for Healing, Amazon, and Kindle. No need to sigh-up! Just show up each week that works for you. If you have any questions, contact Jessica McAllister at firstname.lastname@example.org
Pray Before Dawn
Are you called to prayer but can’t find the time? Join others every Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. in the chapel. For over 20 years, members of our parish have been praying the prayers of the Marian Movement of Priests. These prayers include the Holy Rosary, prayers for the Pope, and a Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Come to Mary so you can enter into the cenacle of her Immaculate Heart. All you need is a prayerful heart and a rosary.
Consider joining us in Lent. Questions contact Liz Sowinski at 317-366-1288.
Flower Memorial Gifts
Each year during the Lenten Season we take up an offering for flowers and decorations for our church throughout the year. You have the opportunity to make a gift in memory of a loved one. On Easter Sunday, all of the memorial donations will be listed in the memorial flyer.
You can make your gift online or you can pick up a donation envelope in the vestibule. Flower memorial gifts are due by Palm Sunday.
