Bulletin Cover Photos
Do you have a photo that you would like to see on the cover of the bulletin? If so, please name the photo so that the subject of the photo is obvious, then upload the photo here. If you need to send additional information about the photo, you can email that to Cheryl.
Bulletin Announcement Requests:
Bulletin announcement should be emailed to Cheryl Beckerich. Please send your brief announcement as an attachment to your email as an editable document, such as MS Word or Google Docs. You can attach .jpgs or other picture formats of pictures or clip art that you would like included with your announcement, but please don't include your text in the picture as it often does not look crisp and clean in print.
The deadline for bulletin announcements is Monday at 10:00 am. Thursday (1 week and 3 days prior) at 10:00 am on holiday weekends.
Occasionally, we can insert a flyer about a specific event in the bulletin. We limit this to 1 insertion per event per year. The preferred format for this document is MS Word, Publisher, Google Docs or pdf. The flyers can be printed on colored paper, but in black & white, in the parish office. We do not have the capability to print the flyers in color. Please test your document before sending to insure that it looks clear and readable in black and white. For these flyers to be effective, we do not do more that 1 in a weekend. Please schedule as far in advance as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mass Announcement Requests:
Mass announcements should be sent to Melissa Buechler by 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Please keep your announcements brief.
Ministries can request to do a Ministry Minute to promote their ministry or event not more than once per year. The Ministry Minutes should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. There will never be more than 1 Ministry Minute per weekend. The Ministry Minute takes place just before the end of Mass Announcements, and should not be longer than 1 minute!
